Signature Health is committed to not only your well-being but your family’s too. That is why your children ages 16 years old through college age will be seen without an additional annual fee. Arrangements will also be made to see the visiting family of our members in times of need. Usual charges for medical care will be submitted to your health care insurance provider.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Testing

Signature Health is a full service medical office that provides its member-patients the convenience of a number of medical tests in-office, including blood work, EKG and spirometry. However, today’s range of diagnostic testing is varied and extensive. It cannot all be provided at one location.
To ensure you the highest level of care, Signature Health works with your health insurance provider to ensure you the most convenient and appropriate provider and location for advanced diagnostic tests when needed.

Innovative Personalized Health Care

Your care and the convenience of that care are the prime concerns of Signature Health. After all, an injury or illness is never a scheduled event. That is why your Signature Health physician is accessible to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

* Unlimited Access To Your Physician: Your physician is on call to you by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will also be given your physician's E-mail address for non-urgent communications. E-mails will be triaged and answered in a timely manner.

* Convenient Office Hours: The regular office hours of Signature Health are from 8:30 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. on Monday through Thursday and on Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. Accommodations can be made on a case-by-case basis for after-hour visits.

* No-wait Appointments: Your physician will promptly see you upon arriving for a scheduled office visit.

* Same-day/Next-day Appointments: If you call or E-mail Signature Health prior to noon on a normal office day to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort will be made to schedule you an appointment with your doctor on the same day. If you call or E-mail Signature Health after noon on a normal office day to schedule an appointment, every reasonable attempt will be made to schedule an appointment the following normal office day.

* Secure Internet Access To Your Medical History
As a member-patient of Signature Health you will be provided a Web portal that contains your medical history and medications. This service is essential in today’s world. For example, if when traveling, you have to go to a hospital or emergency room, your medical history and medications will be available to your attending physicians -- if you give them access. Your Web portal also enables you to conveniently view your lab and radiology studies online after your physician has reviewed them.
